These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the „Terms and Conditions“) set out the general terms and conditions of use of the online shop of MB "Karštas dūmas" (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller. We strive to ensure maximum transparency and have therefore formulated principles of fair cooperation based on our 4 years of experience.

General provisions
1.1 By using this website and placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he/she has read these Terms and Conditions and accepts them unconditionally.
1.2 The Seller reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time, taking into account changes in the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania. The new version shall come into force from the moment of its publication on the website.
Age restrictions (Strict controls)
2.1 The CBD products, snacks and accessories sold on this website are intended only for use by persons over the age of 18.
2.2 By confirming an order, the Buyer accepts full responsibility for the accuracy of his/her age information.
2.3 In case of suspicion, the Seller has the right to request proof of identity. If no document is provided, the order shall be cancelled and the money refunded within 14 days.
Product information and liability
3.1 All CBD flowers and CBD oils sold shall be derived from varieties of hemp for fibre included in the EU Common Catalogue and shall not exceed the permitted THC limit of 0,2%.
3.2 The products are not food, medicines or food supplements (except for the specialised snacks category). The products are intended for technical, decorative or collector's use.
3.3 The Seller shall not be liable if the Buyer does not use the Products for their intended purpose or in accordance with the instructions for safe storage.
Rights and obligations of the buyer
4.1 The Buyer must provide correct delivery details (name, address, telephone number).
4.2 The Buyer undertakes not to use the Purchased Products for illegal purposes.
4.3 The Buyer has the right to return the Goods within the time limits set out in the „Warranty and Return Policy“.
Seller's rights and obligations
5.1 The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods of good quality within the specified time limit.
5.2 In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Seller has the right to cancel the order by immediately informing the Buyer and refunding the money paid.
5.3 The Seller guarantees the full confidentiality of the data in accordance with the „Privacy Policy“.
Intellectual property
6.1 All content (text, photographs, logos) of the website is the property of MB Karštas dūmas. Any copying or distribution without written permission is prohibited.
