Quality guarantee
All the products in our range CBD oils, rings and snacks are carefully selected from certified farms. We guarantee that:
- The products comply with all the requirements of national and EU legislation (THC < 0.2%).
- Each batch is tested by independent laboratories.
- Goods are stored and transported in accordance with all phytosanitary standards, ensuring their freshness and shelf life.

Conditions for returning goods
The Buyer has the right to return quality goods within 14 calendar days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:
- Original packaging: the product must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
- Appearance: the product must be unused and in good condition (labels intact, protective film not torn off).
- Hygiene exception: in accordance with Article 6.228(10) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, packaged goods which have been unpacked after delivery and which are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons (e.g. opened CBD oil bottles, torn ring bags) are not returnable.

Broken or damaged goods
If you have received a parcel that has been damaged in transit or if you have noticed a manufacturing defect:
- Please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt) at info@hotsmoke.shop
- Please attach photos of the damaged item and your order number.
- We undertake to replace the defective product with a new one or refund your money as soon as possible.
Refund process
To return an item, please contact us and we will give you exact instructions. Money for returned goods will be credited to the buyer's account within 14 days after the goods have reached our warehouse and have been checked for their condition.
